The story behind the voice

Timothy Ivy is a podcast host and storyteller whose work sits where faith meets everyday life. On Built, Not Broken: Faith, Healing and Purpose, he tells his story in the first person, from a childhood marked by fear, rejection, and instability to identity, authority, and purpose in Christ. He walks listeners through the part most people never talk about: the process.

His companion show, What’s On My Mind Today: Faith for Real Life, offers short, honest reflections on faith and ordinary moments, with no hype and no performance.

Timothy’s message is simple and hard-won: what formed you may explain you, but it does not get to define you. He speaks with honesty about survival patterns, healthy boundaries, rest, and learning to receive. He also speaks about finding his voice again after a stroke, and the everyday joy of raising his grandchildren. He brings warmth, conviction, and plain language to every conversation.
